Sourcing & Procuring Premium Materials

Once the designs are finalized, our sourcing team steps in. We collaborate with verified suppliers and textile mills to acquire fabrics and trims that meet your quality and sustainability requirements.

Our advanced knitting unit spans 10,500 sqft and is equipped with 12 high-quality machines capable of producing a wide variety of fabric types. This enables us to create custom fabrics tailored to your specifications, ensuring your collection is unique and high-performing.

  • Stitching & Assembly: Our skilled operators assemble garments on multiple lines, ensuring consistency and quality at high volumes—up to 1.3 million units monthly.
  • Finishing & Quality Checks: Each batch undergoes multiple inspection points for stitch quality, fit, appearance, and functionality.
